Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Apex Aesthetics. Below you’ll find important information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Canada only.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted Canadian carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

Carrier selection may vary based on destination and service availability.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Apex Aesthetics is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 15 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
