Refund policy

At Apex Aesthetics, we are committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of certain specialty products, returns are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if the issue is the result of:

  • Damage caused during shipping

  • A manufacturer defect

  • An error on our part

Because many of our products require controlled handling and proper storage conditions, we are unable to resell items once they have left our warehouse. For this reason, returns are carefully evaluated.


Return Authorization (RMA Required)

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions.

Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the controlled and sensitive nature of certain products, we generally do not accept returns once items have left our facility.

However, we may review exceptional cases at our sole discretion and work with customers individually to reach a fair resolution.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued manually to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item for processing.

If payment was made via bank transfer or similar methods, a small administrative processing fee may apply to cover transaction costs.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of both the product and packaging.

  3. Do not dispose of the item until instructed.

We will assess the situation and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
