At Apex Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a professional customer experience. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless specific conditions outlined below are met.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept return requests within 30 days of purchase only if the issue is the result of:

• Damage during shipping  
• A verified manufacturer defect  
• An error on our part (incorrect item sent)  

All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to safety, handling, and storage requirements, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products  
• Improperly stored items after delivery  
• Products returned without prior authorization

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved and received:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method  
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection  

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
• Include photos of packaging and product  

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
